I recently had the pleasure of attending Natti's Spanish cooking class, and it was a spectacular experience! From the moment we started, the atmosphere was amazing, warm, and full of life, thanks entirely to Natti and her fantastic team. Their energy is infectious and made the 4 hours fly by. The class itself was incredibly informative. We learned not just how to follow a recipe, but the real secrets and techniques behind authentic Spanish cooking. And, of course, the food was absolutely delicious! The highlight was sitting down together to enjoy the magnificent Tortilla de Patatas we created. It was truly a taste of Spain. If you want a cooking class that is as much fun as it is educational, you have to try this one. Thank you, Natti and team, for such a memorable and delicious day!

Nat and her team at Atypical Spanish were so wonderful! We began our hens night with this spanish cooking class and it was the best part of the night! Nat and the team were so fun and friendly! We laughed, we drank sangria, we danced the macarena, we sang, we learned about Spain, we cooked, and we ate heaps of delicious food! Yummiest sangria I have ever had! Yummiest recipes that we got to make and eat with our friends. Nat even sent us home with a little handmade cookbook with all the recipes we cooked together. And OMG the basque cheesecake that Nat prepared for us was amazing!!! Nat even made sure to cater to one of our vegan participants with plenty of options for her to enjoy. I definitely recommend booking in a class with Atypical Spanish! Whether its a hens, a night with friends, a reason to learn about the spanish culture and cuisine, a team building exercise, or even for catering, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Nat, you and your team were so much fun! Viva La Novia!!!!

It was an absolute joy to be part of this special milestone , the energy, the people, the passion… everything came together perfectly. The food was delicioso (seriously, still thinking about it), and the atmosphere was full of warmth, laughter, and great vibes. Can’t wait to see the team again soon. ¡Abrazos fuertes!

I recently attended a Basque Cheesecake class with Atypical Spanish and really loved it. Nat is so passionate about sharing Spanish culture and bringing people together through a love of food. It was great having a small group and connecting over dessert, cheese and wine on a relaxing Saturday evening. It really felt like a dinner party with friends even though we’d all only just met. The cheesecake itself was phenomenal and one of the best I’ve had. Super light, gooey, and packed a good cheesy hit! I’m looking forward to making it again and hopefully trying Nat’s other classes too to learn more about cooking traditional Spanish cuisine.

I went to the Atypical Spanish cooking class this weekend just past, and had a really great experience. Nat (the organiser) was very friendly, a great teacher, and it is clear she loves what she does. I had a lot of fun and the class attracted a great group of people. I def hope to be back some time.
